WHO WE ARE
As a third party, PreAction seeks a resolution between both parties with the view of avoiding courts proceedings. While we are instructed by the claimant, we investigate each claim diligently to understand the merits of the case and any response the customer may put forward.
Following a formal structure, we allow clear communication and timeframes to help the customer reach a voluntary agreement. In some cases we advise our clients to withdraw from a claim should additional evidence be provided that supports the customers case.
Our client will be preparing the claim for litigation allowing PreAction a small timeframe to reach a resolution to avoid additional costs, time and resource that litigation will bring. PreAction has a various selection of agents in house with a span of expertise in multiple sectors from previous roles ranging from commercial dispute solicitors, high court enforcement officers, energy complaint handlers and collection agents amongst others.
If you have received a letter, email or phone call from PreAction it is important you respond within the timeframes provided. Failure to respond within the timeframe our client may seek judgement in court and additional costs may be added including interest at 8% per annum.
