Pre-Litigation Manager

PreAction are a rapidly growing Alternative Dispute Resolution company based in Sunderland.

From our inception in 2020, the demand within the sector has resulted in rapid growth with the business now looking to expand our team of Pre-Litigation Managers.

The starting salary can range between £21,000 – £27,500 per annum with the average bonuses taking earnings to circa £55,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mediating with the customer on behalf of our clients to ensure outstanding commercial fees are paid.
  • Deal with invoicing queries
  • Achieving KPIs on an ongoing basis
  • Navigating customer through the PreAction process
  • Working towards tight deadlines whilst achieving targets.
  • Promote the business positively.

Within the role you will be working closely with senior management and directors, preferably you will have:

  • 2 years’ experience in credit control or collections.
  • The ability to convey confidence and a professional manner over the telephone and in writing.
  • Skills in how to deal with difficult customers, always maintaining empathy and patience.
  • An ability to work using your own initiative but know when to seek assistance.
  • Experience of working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday 9am-5:15 pm although part-time working will be considered.
