We Are PreAction

PreAction’s inception in 2020 was driven by a deep-rooted need within the energy brokering industry.

The team recognised the stark impact of non-go lives and change of tenancies (COTs) on businesses, particularly highlighted during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This period shed light on the financial losses faced by the industry and the need for a change in the status quo.

PreAction began offering these invaluable services to brokers, proving the effectiveness of the process.

In 2021, PreAction appointed a Legal Director with over 30 years legal experience, followed by appointment of a Director of operations.

With over 100 clients and growing, the team expanded to include 25 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) agents who recover revenue daily.

Now with a senior management team with over 40 years experience in the brokering industry and two in-house solicitors with over half a decade of legal experience, PreAction has evolved to act as a sounding board to a huge network of businesses offering multiple services and support.

PreAction’s unique expertise lies in helping businesses recover financial losses by collecting revenue from customers who have breached their contract agreements and our services are available for historical disputes going back as far as six years.

PreAction also play a vital role, on the board of the Energy Consultants Association.

An expert in operational process & business management, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge from the utility sector along with a clear focus on development & expansion. Over last 10 years Ross co-founded a group of profitable energy brokers in the UK and ROI resulting in 10 million in sales per year.

Stephen Wiles

LEGAL DIRECTOR

Stephen’s commercial legal career began with DLA Piper followed a by a stint as an assistant solicitor with Squire Patton Boggs. He became an equity partner in a Legal 500 law firm, gaining personal recognition from clients and peers through being ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 for many years.
