WE ARE PREACTION

PreAction are the only company in the UK offering expert solutions on dispute resolution for energy brokers. With over 2000 brokers we estimate the sector creates circa £500,000,000 of lost revenue due to customers defaulting on contracts.

PreAction works with a range of sectors however positions itself to be a specialists within energy brokering sector offering a range of services. The prime service offered remains in dispute resolution between our client and their customer. Most disputes occur when the customer has defaulted on a contract which leads to a financial loss to our client.

PreAction recovers the financial loss from the customer and retains a percentage of the collected revenue. Our services can be offered for historical disputes going back as far a 6 years.

Additional services we offer to energy brokering clients include reviewing and amending terms and conditions, support with application process to become compliant with the Ombudsman, defend against agency law claims and supporting newly formed brokers who wish to enter the market.
